All team members have extensive experience and knowledge in the field of tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting and preparation of financial statements. We have professionally qualified Chartered Accountants & Cost and Management Accountants in our team who stays current with the latest tax laws and regulations as well as generally accepted accounting practices.
Rizwan, the founder of the firm, has over the years witnessed first-hand the risks, struggles and challenges of operating a business. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has mostly worked for multinational manufacturing companies including Ernst & Young, Unilever, Woodward’s Gripe Water and Singer Pakistan. He has also served KPMG where he gained first-hand knowledge about tax risks and tax compliance needs including tax advisory services. He eventually became part of Security Papers Ltd., a Banknote and other Security Paper manufacturing Company in Pakistan, where he worked for more than a decade as its Chief Financial Officer and later on as Company Secretary for over four years. During this period, he was instrumental in promoting good corporate governance to ensure accountability, transparency, fairness, responsibility, and risk management.
Rizwan also led the team that was responsible for winning following prestigious Corporate Awards:
